Salmon cakes


These lovely salmon cakes, go like hot cakes.

Salmon cakes: Makes 4
2 5oz cans of pink salmon deboned and deskinned
2 eggs
about 1/4 cup almond flour
Dash lemon pepper
Dash of dill

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place on a george foreman grill for 3-4 min each. I am sure they will be fine a pan that is greased I just chose the foremna grill so they stayed together.
