Tips for eating
paleo:
1.
Buy meats, veggies, fruit nuts/seeds, these you
know are safe at any time.
2.
If you’re trying to lose a little bit of weight
limit fruits to 2 a day and nuts to a small handful.
3.
Home make all your sauces and soups. These are
very easy and only take a few extra min to make.
4.
Make enough to have leftovers, so you have
something to grab in a pinch. Goes great for lunches too.
5.
Check all labels. I cannot emphasize this enough;
there is gluten in EVERYTHING, including candy, imitation crab, condensed
soups, dressings, sauce packets, frozen foods, and in the most unsuspecting
places. And most likely your favorite foods, but no need to worry the internet
has variations for just about everything J

Learning to love real food can be hard, but try something
new each week and if you don’t like it, you can try it a different way too.
Never give up on it, you can develop a taste for it.

miss your bread, noodles ect.. Replacing it with something helps in the beginning,
but what your body really needs is good nutritious food, so load up on veggies,
and drink plenty of water!
