At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to make a blog about the food I make. But now after making so many amazing descoveries about being paleo, I decided to share. I am fairly new to paleo, I have been dabbling since August 2012, and now it is in full effect. Somedays I do primal, but mostly I stick to paleo. Let me tell you why. For my entire life I have had horrible tummy aches. No one could really tell me why. I have been in and out of the doctors, with no real answers. And to me "take medicine" is not an answer. So I took it upon myself to figure out why this was happening. First I tried to be vegetarian, and while that was helpful to a degree, still had full on stomach aches. I took it a step further, lets try vegan I thought. Nope not that either. After trials and tribulations and many gluten free folks around I decided to give paleo a shot. Instant results. No more stomach aches, no more bloat, I had more energy. I actually liked the taste of real food. "Isn't it hard to say no to the things you used to love?" Many ask but in actually No it's not that hard anymore. At first I thought "why can't I be like everyone and shove my mouth full of yummy treats?" But now I see it really should be the other way around. "Why can't I eat healthful foods that were designed for me and enjoy them?"
And so my intentions with this blog is to share delicious and easy recipes for you and maybe your family too. Thanks!
