Paleo cereal


When I first decided to try out paleo I wanted to have a substitute for cereal, even though I have never been a huge ceral person this seemed like a great replacement.

You can make this so many different ways and still be happy with the results. But here is how I like it best, and I eat it every morning.

Paleo cereal:

6 Raspberries
Small handful of blueberries
1/2 of a 1/4 of a cup of coconut flakes unsweetened
1/2 of a 1/4 of a cup of sliced almonds
1 pitted date chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup of coconut milk (we use vanilla)

Many people like to add rasins or dried cranberries, I find that too much dried fruits can pack on the calories which is good for some but for others losing weight you might want to be wary!
